What you will do

• Handle EDI and e-invoicing projects from initial implementation through to ongoing support.
• Analyze and create convertible data formats and mapping protocols to simplify data exchange for customers.
• Support the team in initiating and managing customer integration projects.
• Solve technical problems using an organized structure with clean documentation and ticketing.
• Collaborate closely with the Integration Engineering team.

Requirements

• Experience with structured data formats such as CSV, XML, and JSON.
• Proficiency with mapping tools (e.g., Altova MapForce, Seeburger BIS, or Lobster).
• Experience implementing country-specific e-invoicing regulations into mapping structures.
• Good verbal and written technical English skills.
• Must be based in one of the designated countries (Austria, Germany, Spain, UK, Italy, Hungary, Portugal, Croatia, France, Poland).

Nice to have

• Experience with EDI formats such as EDIFACT or ANSI X12.
• Diploma from a technical college (HTL), higher IT education (FH or Uni), or equivalent EDI experience.
• Basic programming skills for troubleshooting purposes.
