What you will do

• Lead the ideation, coordination, and delivery of audience-first social video franchises, series, and sponsorship campaigns.
• Develop repeatable social video series, shoot in the field weekly, and edit multiple social videos per week.
• Manage a network of talent and creators for series production and video partnerships in collaboration with leadership.
• Partner with leadership on RFPs to balance client requests with editorial sensibilities.
• Collaborate with the VP of Video to meet revenue goals and ensure timely content delivery.
• Mentor editors and stay current on pop culture, lifestyle events, and emerging social trends.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in end-to-end social video production.
• Expertise in developing social video concepts and utilizing platform analytics to drive impact.
• Proven experience with sponsored video concepts and managing talent/creators including agents.
• Proficiency in both high-end and low-fi shooting capabilities for social media.
• Previous people management experience.
• Must be based in and able to work from the New York, NY office.
