What you will do

• Lead on-set production and direct multi-camera shoots in both field and studio environments.
• Develop creative treatments, casting, and production schedules for all assignments.
• Guide chef and celebrity talent to ensure authenticity and strong on-screen performances.
• Manage production logistics including budgets, freelance support, and legal matters.
• Review cuts and provide actionable feedback from rough cuts through final delivery.
• Analyze content performance and emerging trends to refine creative decisions and formats.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience producing and directing digital video, preferably in food, lifestyle, or editorial content.
• Proven ability to manage the full production lifecycle from development through post.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative execution.
• Must be based in New York City.
