Internship in Automated Qubit Calibration (AI for Quantum)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid workplace.

Salary: €1,400 per month.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy algorithms for automated qubit calibration.
• Use AI and machine learning tools to automate phases of qubit calibration and support the Qubit Control team.
• Read scientific articles and evaluate open-source solutions.
• Implement cutting-edge algorithms for qubit calibration.
• Write and maintain code for industrialization purposes.
• Test and measure algorithms on hirify.global quantum chips.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a Master’s program in Physics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Good experience with AI and machine learning tools.
• Some knowledge of quantum computing or quantum physics.
• Good oral and written English.
• Appetite for coding and eagerness to learn physics and interact with scientists and developers.
