What you will do

• Develop and implement channel-specific shopper marketing strategies for Modern Trade, Key Retail, and Out of Home segments.
• Lead the planning and rollout of integrated shopper programs, including in-store visibility, seasonal campaigns, and omni-channel experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales and Category teams to co-develop trade initiatives that align with retailer goals.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance and ROI using qualitative and quantitative analysis tools.
• Build strategic relationships with key retail partners and OOH stakeholders to establish the brand as a value-adding partner.
• Support new product launches and promotional rollouts in collaboration with brand and category teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in shopper, customer, or trade marketing within the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of success in Modern Trade and Key Retail channels.
• Deep understanding of shopper behaviors and path-to-purchase strategies.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and track KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in Cairo, Egypt

Nice to have

• Experience in Out of Home (OOH) marketing.
• Master’s degree in Marketing or Business.
