Engineer II (Operations Quality & Analytics) (HDD)

What you will do

• Execute and monitor Backend Process Control to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Lead Out-of-Box Audit (OBA) quality control activities to protect finished goods quality.
• Control SSO blocking and Stop-Pack actions to contain quality risks.
• Maintain ESD certification and control in accordance with applicable standards.
• Drive problem-solving activities using structured methodologies, including 8D.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to investigate and close issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• Experience in the HDD industry and/or Quality engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with knowledge of quality and reliability statistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Good command of English.
• Must be based in or able to work at the Woodlands, Singapore site.
