What you will do

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisive problem-solving decisions.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
