Salary: £65,000–£75,000

What you will do

• Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Build scalable, reusable frontend components with clean, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver polished, user-focused experiences.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility (WCAG), and security.
• Monitor and improve frontend health using Sentry and PostHog.
• Mentor other developers and help shape the company's frontend standards and practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience building production-ready frontend applications.
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Docker and Azure deployments.
• Must have at least one year remaining on Graduate or Post-Study Work visa (no sponsorship available).
• Experience mentoring other developers and helping teams improve their craft.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native.
• Knowledge of modern state management such as Redux or Zustand.
• Understanding of web performance optimization and web vitals.
