What you will do

  • Lead all aspects of the production process, including equipment set-up, maintenance, and fabrication.
  • Manage manpower deployment and operate automatic or semi-automatic machinery.
  • Perform complex electrical assembly tasks for the production of cutting-edge HDD products.
  • Act as a line trainer, conducting On-The-Job training for new hires and existing operators.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Support the reporting, tracking, and escalation of key operational metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate small teams in a production environment.
  • English proficiency for reading and understanding Work Instructions.
  • Physical ability to carry items up to 3kg and stand/walk for 4 to 7 hours.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in the Back-End manufacturing industry.
  • Experience as a senior operator, trainer, line leader, or cell lead.
