What you will do

• Lead all aspects of the production process, including equipment setup, maintenance, fabrication, and testing.
• Manage manpower deployment and operate automatic or semi-automatic production machinery.
• Perform complex electrical tasks as part of the assembly process for cutting-edge products.
• Act as a line trainer, conducting On-The-Job training for new hires and existing operators.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams to resolve operational issues.
• Handle labeling, packing, and palletizing of parts and equipment using lifting tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Prior experience as a senior operator, trainer, line leader, or cell lead.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (3-2-2-3 pattern), including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically able to stand/walk for 4 to 7 hours and carry items up to 3 kg.
• Good understanding of English for reading and interpreting work instructions.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate small teams in a production environment.
