What you will do

• Interpret and apply engineering drawings, instructions, and plating standards.
• Operate the plating robot and controller, including using a computer for daily job functions.
• Use measuring equipment and perform chemical testing; test and control the plating process per standard.
• Measure plating thickness and inspect parts visually and via corrosive chemical inspection.
• Inspect parts before and after plating and label each evaporator with plating origin.
• Maintain the work area (clean-up), and operate a pallet jack and hand tools.

Requirements

• Ability to manually lift parts up to 41 lbs.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to read and use engineering drawings, instructions, and standards.
