What you will do

• Work closely with engagement teams (Research Analysts, Associates/Senior Associates, Principals, Partners) to support executive search projects.
• Identify, qualify, and attract candidates for executive search engagements within the Financial Officers practice.
• Develop market intelligence and create presentations and documents to support business development.
• For higher levels, lead elements of the search process and support consultants.
• For the most senior level, manage the search process end to end and support business development activities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent required.
• MBA or other advanced degree or equivalent is advantageous.
• Ability to progress through internal levels of competencies before advancing within the firm.
• Successful completion of background checks as part of the recruitment process (may include criminal, education credentials, and employment history).
