What you will do

• Evaluate and optimize vulnerability management programs across people, process, and technology for government clients.
• Perform and control vulnerability assessments to identify control weaknesses and assess existing control effectiveness.
• Deploy, configure, and run vulnerability management tools, specifically focusing on Tenable One modules.
• Conduct root cause analysis against vulnerabilities to determine feasible technical solutions.
• Develop and curate meaningful metrics for executive and operational audiences using Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
• Manage cybersecurity projects, including the development of project charters, plans, and status updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of related work experience.
• Hands-on operational experience with vulnerability management tools, specifically Tenable One.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, UNIX, and major on-prem and cloud-based operating systems.
• Familiarity with security standards including ISO 27001, CIS, PCI DSS, NIST, ITIL, and COBIT.
• Experience with scripting/programming skills in Python or PowerShell.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GSEC.
