What you will do

• Handle end-to-end customer calls for annuity products without the use of scripts.
• Build rapport with diverse callers to assess situations and present complex solutions.
• Navigate multiple internal systems to gather information and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with tenured teammates and managers through coaching and professional development.
• Maintain quality and first-call resolution standards to minimize processing time.

Requirements

• Must be able to work CST hours (Training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Regular: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM).
• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred).
• Successfully complete FINRA Series 6 exams within 90 days of hire.
• Experience managing complex customer interactions from start to finish.
• Secure, distraction-free remote work area with hard-wired internet (min 30/10 mbps).
• Ability to pass a criminal and financial background check.
