What you will do

• Write persuasive short and long-form copy for email campaigns, landing pages, and product descriptions.
• Develop and manage transactional content, including subscription and fulfillment notifications.
• Proactively identify conversion gaps and propose A/B or multivariate tests to improve performance.
• Collaborate with SEO, UX/UI, and marketing teams to optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
• Analyze email and website performance metrics to refine messaging strategies.
• Evolve and maintain brand voice guidelines across all owned channels.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience writing marketing copy for DTC nutritional supplement companies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (W-2).
• Not hiring in California or internationally.
• Proven track record in improving email revenue, conversion rates, and retention metrics.
• Deep understanding of DSHEA and FTC guidelines for supplement advertising.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, specifically Klaviyo.
• Ability to work 9am–6pm ET.
