What you will do

• Develop and evolve the trade marketing asset toolkit.
• Create and execute innovative promotional and product display ideas from briefing to delivery.
• Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints and provide merchandising guidance.
• Coordinate demand generation marketing projects based on strategic plans.
• Manage regular meetings with Sales teams and retailer partners across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.
• Lead the planning and execution of trade events and industry conferences in the Nordics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or a commercial role.
• Proven experience collaborating with agencies, suppliers, or external partners for marketing activations.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
