What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, ensuring success with cloud infrastructure offerings.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and deploy tailored storage solutions for HPC environments.
• Lead proof of concept initiatives to demonstrate the viability of solutions.
• Act as a virtual member of the product and engineering teams to identify enhancement opportunities.
• Conduct technical reviews and assessments of customer workloads to pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Field Engineer, or Technical Account Manager in Cloud Infrastructure.
• Expertise in building distributed systems or HPC/cloud services with a focus on storage solutions.
• Deep understanding of storage/file system protocols and integration into infrastructure systems.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA GPUs and associated networking technologies.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information (U.S. person or eligible for authorization).

Nice to have

• Code contributions to open-source inference frameworks.
• Experience with scripting and automation related to storage technologies.
• Experience building solutions across multi-cloud environments.
• Publications or talks on latency, optimization, or advanced model-server architectures.
