What you will do

• Drive sales growth by proactively introducing and selling additional products to existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly.
• Maintain high call quality benchmarks and deliver accurate information.
• Meet talk time and call handling productivity goals to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and provide progress feedback to the team lead.

Requirements

• Must be based in Accra, Ghana
• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience in the BPO or call center industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
