What you will do

  • Define training workflows, standards, and best practices for internal teams and external clients from the ground up.
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including needs analysis and instructional design, for IP-based communication systems.
  • Deliver technical training sessions via virtual webinars, on-site workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Create and maintain professional technical documentation, user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate with the System Engineering team to transform raw technical data into polished documentation.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and knowledge-base usage to optimize customer education and reduce support tickets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or technical documentation within telecom or high-tech.
  • Proven ability to design a training curriculum from scratch.
  • English: C1 proficiency required to deliver training to diverse international audiences.
  • Solid working knowledge of networking concepts and Linux systems administration.

Nice to have

  • Trainer certifications such as CPTD, APTD, or Kirkpatrick Silver/Gold Level.
  • Prior exposure to VCS or similar communication systems.
