Regional Talent Partner (Director) (HRBP): Driving the design and execution of talent and organizational development initiatives across the APAC region with an accent on leadership capability and organizational effectiveness. Focus on building high-potential leader pipelines, implementing workforce planning, and leading cultural transformation to accelerate business growth.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement regional talent and OD strategies aligned with global frameworks and business priorities.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs to foster a pipeline of high-potential leaders across APAC.
  • Support organizational design and change management initiatives to enhance agility, performance, and employee engagement.
  • Lead regional workforce planning and talent reviews to ensure business readiness for future demands.
  • Partner with regional business leads, MDs, and global Centres of Excellence (CoE) to bridge capability gaps.
  • Oversee the execution of succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, OD, or HR business partnering.
  • Significant experience in regional leadership roles within matrixed, multi-country environments.
  • Proven ability to align talent strategies with commercial or sales-driven organizational goals.
  • Track record of supporting organizational design, cultural transformation, and change initiatives.
  • Knowledge of APAC market dynamics and cultural nuances (excluding China).
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (specifically SuccessFactors) and talent analytics tools.
