What you will do
- Develop and implement regional talent and OD strategies aligned with global frameworks and business priorities.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs to foster a pipeline of high-potential leaders across APAC.
- Support organizational design and change management initiatives to enhance agility, performance, and employee engagement.
- Lead regional workforce planning and talent reviews to ensure business readiness for future demands.
- Partner with regional business leads, MDs, and global Centres of Excellence (CoE) to bridge capability gaps.
- Oversee the execution of succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, OD, or HR business partnering.
- Significant experience in regional leadership roles within matrixed, multi-country environments.
- Proven ability to align talent strategies with commercial or sales-driven organizational goals.
- Track record of supporting organizational design, cultural transformation, and change initiatives.
- Knowledge of APAC market dynamics and cultural nuances (excluding China).
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (specifically SuccessFactors) and talent analytics tools.
