What you will do

• Formulate, review, and localize entity-specific HR policies and maintain the intranet portal.
• Design and manage site-specific HR processes for hubs in Singapore and Thailand.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process for the entity.
• Drive site engagement activities and analyze employee data to identify focus areas for improvement.
• Oversee administrative governance, including P&C contracts, statutory compliance, and PO approvals.
• Manage ad-hoc entity-wide programs, projects, and communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or Site HR Lead role for a medium sized company.
• Core knowledge of HR operations, process management, budgeting, policies, and compliance.
• Strong operational, governance, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
• Must be a Singaporean citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).
