What you will do
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to diagnose learning needs and co-create targeted solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Design and deliver OD and learning initiatives for the APAC region, utilizing AI and new technologies.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person learning experiences, team development sessions, and leadership coaching.
- Curate and develop learning content through direct development or sourcing from external providers.
- Implement OD solutions to enhance leader capability, improve organizational health, and build culture.
- Develop methods for measuring program effectiveness and use analytics to support strategic coaching conversations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a training professional or performance consultant.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working within an engineering environment.
- Proven ability to translate business objectives and insights into training and OD solutions.
- Strong background in instructional design, systems thinking, and strategic planning.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
