What you will do

• Design and deliver production-grade, scalable AI agents for industries such as finance, healthcare, and commerce.
• Own the entire Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC), from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration.
• Partner with large enterprises and startups to build AI agents that transform their business operations at scale.
• Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to prototype new tools and shape the future of the core platform.
• Experiment with and integrate the latest voice models into enterprise-grade solutions.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
• Builder's mindset with high agency and a track record of shipping products.
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real-world problems.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
• Previous experience as a founder or founding engineer.
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, eval frameworks, agent tooling, and prompt engineering.
• Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
• Proficiency in Cantonese to support specific client interactions.
