What you will do

• Design, train, and ship ML systems for governance and security, focusing on prompt injection detection and trust scoring.
• Build critical infrastructure including data pipelines, feature stores, and model serving harnesses.
• Set the technical direction for ML architecture, evaluation methodologies, and the model lifecycle.
• Make strategic build-vs-buy decisions using frontier models and managed services to accelerate delivery.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the growth of the Intelligence organization through recruiting.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for the Agentic Platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of applied ML/AI expertise with a track record of shipping production systems.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Proven experience building and owning ML systems (pipelines, serving, evaluation, and monitoring).
• Deep proficiency with LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in fraud, abuse, safety, security, or trust domains.
• Familiarity with the agent / MCP ecosystem.
