What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product approval process for Fashion and Home categories, from concept to production launch.
• Review and approve product submissions to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and approved assets.
• Partner with licensees and internal teams to define product assortments and character rollouts.
• Provide actionable feedback to partners on design, materials, and execution to resolve feasibility issues.
• Maintain accurate records of product development and distribute monthly pipeline reports.
• Coordinate meetings with licensees and manage product samples across categories.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in brand services or product development.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional expertise.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of print and production processes across various mediums.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
