What you will do

• Support the CRM marketing team in day-to-day business operations, specifically for the Italian customer base.
• Develop and implement targeted campaigns along the customer lifecycle, primarily focusing on email newsletters.
• Brief the creative department on advertising materials and coordinate punctual implementation.
• Perform reporting and analytics tasks to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Carry out competitive analyses and monitor market trends.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar field.
• Must remain a student for at least one additional year.
• Strong interest in e-commerce and a preference for analytical tasks.
• Business fluent English.
