What you will do

  • Define problems and propose data-informed approaches for hyperlocal partner projects.
  • Research best practices and gather insights to shape marketing solutions.
  • Develop scalable frameworks, processes, and materials for pilot programs.
  • Collaborate with commercial, account management, and brand teams.
  • Test, measure, and iterate solutions based on tangible business results.
  • Present findings and recommendations at key checkpoints.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluent English (C1) proficiency for working with international teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use numbers to inform decisions.
  • Eligible to work part-time (20 hours/week) under German employment regulations.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Berlin office.

  • Proficiency in German for engaging with local partners.
  • Genuine interest in retail or platform businesses.
