Salary: 13,000 - 20,000 AED per month + 0.5% to 1% equity

What you will do

• Build core components of the Hive platform alongside the founders.
• Deploy AI-native workflows and agent-powered systems into real companies.
• Translate complex business problems into practical technical implementation plans.
• Heavily utilize coding agents to accelerate development and improve output quality.
• Orchestrate multiple AI agents simultaneously to solve operational challenges.
• Handle everything from high-level architecture to deep implementation and debugging.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in-person every day from the Dubai office.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with an all-rounder ability to move across the stack.
• 6+ months of serious hands-on experience using coding agents.
• Ability to demonstrate a full AI stack, including orchestrators, models, and prompting patterns.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and high speed in a startup environment.
• Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical interaction.
