What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable pipelines, transformations, and applications within Palantir Foundry.
• Support the deployment of AIP use cases, including copilots, retrieval workflows, and decision-support agents.
• Implement RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) and OAG (Ontology-Augmented Generation) to ground agents in relevant data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
• Provide training and support for business teams adopting Foundry and AIP platforms.
• Ensure all AI solutions meet governance, data quality, and responsible AI standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience with the Palantir Foundry ecosystem (integration, ontology, pipelines).
• Strong technical proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and data modelling.
• Practical experience with AIP features, RAG workflows, or agent-based applications.
• Ability to work independently and engage directly with non-technical business users.
• Extensive overlap with the GST time zone is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AIP Agent Studio concepts (agents, instructions, tools, testing).
• Exposure to AIP Evals and test-driven evaluation approaches.
• Experience with integration patterns such as APIs, MCP, or cloud services.
• Background in consulting or applied AI/ML.
• Experience working in Abu Dhabi or the broader MENA region.
