What you will do

• Monitor and optimize service performance, reliability, and system architecture.
• Implement and analyze SLO patterns, including visualization and alerting.
• Perform capacity analysis and identify trends to inform scaling decisions.
• Develop and maintain automation tools and internal self-service capabilities.
• Deploy products and third-party applications to cloud environments and manage release documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking, including routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking (VPC/VNet design, peering, private link, hybrid connectivity).
• Proficiency in Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, DNS, DHCP, NAT).
• Hands-on experience with load balancers (F5, NGINX, Azure Application Gateway, ALB/NLB).
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Practical experience with Fortigate firewalls and F5 appliances.
