Salary: $109,800 — $252,500 USD (TTC depending on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Execute reliability work, close observability gaps, and respond to incidents for VDC workloads.
• Implement and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to ensure system stability.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, incident guides, and operational documentation.
• Manage infrastructure using IaC (Terraform/Pulumi) and Kubernetes in compliance-restricted environments.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to implement reliability improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead triage, investigation, and postmortem processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Software Engineering, with at least 1 year in SRE, Platform Engineering, or DevOps.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure on Azure.
• Familiarity with regulated environments such as FedRAMP, CMMC, PCI-DSS, or HIPAA.
• Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Terragrunt, or Pulumi) and Kubernetes.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Go, Java, or C#.

Nice to have

• Experience in Government or Sovereign Cloud environments (e.g., Azure Government, AWS GovCloud).
• Background in SaaS platforms or multi-tenant systems.
• Familiarity with chaos engineering and resilience testing.
• Experience using LLM-powered tools for automation and code generation.
