What you will do

• Diagnose and repair complex automated machines, including electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Perform milling, welding, fabrication, and utilize various power tools for equipment repair and maintenance.
• Execute and document preventative and predictive maintenance tasks using CMMS.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, servo drives, motors, conveyor systems, and textile equipment.
• Ensure site safety by strictly adhering to OSHA regulations, ISO compliance, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement events, such as Kaizens, to optimize manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with technical certification in a related field.
• 1-5 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
• 1+ year of professional experience with mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Proficiency in welding (MIG/TIG) or a strong willingness to become proficient.
• Physical ability to lift 55 pounds frequently and stand for long periods.

Nice to have

• Associate Degree in maintenance, mechatronics, or an engineering-related discipline.
• Experience with Root Cause analysis methodology.
• Familiarity with Maximo CMMS for inventory and maintenance data.
