What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to define test strategies and plans.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for ServiceNow modules.
• Validate custom scripts, APIs, and workflows to ensure platform stability.
• Identify, document, and track defects while working closely with developers for resolution.
• Test platform upgrades and patches to ensure smooth transitions.
• Create complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in QA/Testing roles, specifically with ServiceNow projects.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes.
• Experience working within Agile squads.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• English: C1 proficiency required for verbal and written communication.
• Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
