TL;DR

WNTO Tax Manager (Tax/Finance): Supporting multiple solution families to address complex cross-functional tax matters with an accent on accounting methods, credits, and incentives. Focus on providing tax consulting for multinational clients, evaluating technical merits of tax positions, and integrating AI-enabled capabilities into workflows.

Location: Hybrid (US). Must be based in or able to work from one of the listed US offices (Arlington, Atlanta, Chicago, New York, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Boston, or Philadelphia), with in-person attendance required at least three days per week.

Salary: $151,800 – $178,200 (depending on location)

What you will do

  • Partner across various solution families (Corporate, Partnership, International, etc.) to resolve complex tax matters.
  • Provide high-level tax consulting services to major multinational clients on a national scale.
  • Conduct deep tax research to support advice and evaluate the technical merits of tax positions.
  • Prepare and review critical deliverables, including memorandums, opinions, and training materials.
  • Develop deep specialization in Energy Credits, R&D, and Accounting Methods.
  • Collaborate on enhancing quality by integrating AI-enabled capabilities into tax workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • CPA or JD certification is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of recent tax experience in an accounting firm, law firm, or private industry.
  • Demonstrated success in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data preparation and interpretation.
  • Must be based in the USA and able to maintain a hybrid schedule (3+ days in office).
