What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end web solutions to improve performance, scalability, and user experience across global digital properties
• Build responsive, accessible frontend experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction
• Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, and integrations for reliable, scalable web functionality
• Own platform features across the full lifecycle, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and production readiness
• Drive architectural decisions to improve scalability, security, and long-term platform evolution
• Improve observability, monitoring, and incident response; reduce technical debt through modernization

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development and engineering
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript with modern frontend development practices
• Solid backend experience using PHP, Node.js, or similar technologies
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of MySQL database design, optimization, and security
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release automation

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and/or infrastructure as code
• Experience with React or Vue
• WordPress development experience (theming, plugins, or enterprise implementations)
• Familiarity with NGINX, caching layers, and advanced performance optimization
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives in enterprise environments
