TL;DR
Senior Economy Designer (RPG): Designing and owning the monetization and economic systems for a portfolio of RPG titles with an accent on scalable economic models and KPI-driven balancing. Focus on building quantitative simulations, managing sink/source balances, and optimizing IAP conversion.
Location: Hybrid (Paris, France). Must be based in or be able to work within European time zones (UTC to UTC+3).

What you will do
- Design and own scalable RPG economy systems and core economic models across multiple live titles.
- Assess and manage the economic impact and KPI implications of all product features.
- Define monetization architecture, including pricing, sink/source balancing, and offer targeting.
- Build quantitative economy simulations and data models from raw analysis to live balancing.
- Collaborate with studios and publishing teams to translate complex frameworks into actionable guidance.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in free-to-play RPG economy design with full ownership of core systems.
- Proficiency in SQL for fluent game data analysis and economic decision-making.
- Hands-on execution mindset with a focus on implementation and iteration.
- Strong documentation and structured thinking skills to align distributed teams.
- Work eligibility within European time zones (UTC to UTC+3).
- English proficiency for collaboration with a global team.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python or R for economic modeling and simulation.
- Basic Unity knowledge for direct collaboration with studios.
- Track record with titles in the top 200 grossing RPG charts.
- AI-native workflow for building models and speeding up analysis.
