Laboratory Specialist (Chemistry)

TL;DR

Laboratory Specialist (Chemistry/FMCG): Performing quality control testing on raw materials and finished products with an accent on physical-chemical and microbiological analysis. Location: Onsite at Bucharest Factory, Romania. Work is carried out in shifts, including weekends.

What you will do

• Perform laboratory testing to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
• Analyze raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples (physical-chemical, microbiological, organoleptic).
• Follow laboratory procedures, regulations, and ensure accurate documentation and traceability.
• Provide timely, reliable test results to contribute to product release decisions.
• Verify lab equipment accuracy and complete reports correctly and on time.

Requirements

• High school or university degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Knowledge of physical chemistry and microbiology.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access).
• Analytical mindset with good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role is an advantage.
