What you will do

• Research products, consumer trends, and industry best practices to inform content development.
• Upload, organize, and manage content through the company website or content management system.
• Coordinate with campaign managers and maintain editorial or content calendars.
• Audit content for relevance, accuracy, structure, grammar, persona alignment, and customer journey stage.
• Manage agency collaboration and assigned content budgets against expected targets.
• Coordinate marketing, design, and product teams while tracking content performance and ensuring legal compliance.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in persona development, customer journeys, editorial content, or a related field; an advanced degree with limited experience may also qualify.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
• Ability to work independently on moderate-scope digital content issues and resolve routine problems within established guidelines.
