SEO/GEO Specialist Contractor

What you will do

• Own SEO/GEO activities for the Belgian market and support optimization for Dutch brands.
• Define and coordinate the Belgian SEO roadmap with local stakeholders.
• Support GEO performance and ramp-up across relevant markets.
• Produce technical audits and recommendations for crawling and indexing improvements.
• Coordinate initiatives that increase visibility, traffic, and conversions from search engines and LLMs.
• Share organic search knowledge and identify new projects based on industry developments.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of technical, content, on-page, off-page, and outreach SEO.
• Fluent English and Dutch/Flemish required.
• Hands-on experience with Semrush or Semrush Enterprise.
• Proven success in a comparable SEO role, with strong communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with GEO/LLM optimization, AI Overviews, or answer engines.
• An additional European language.
