What you will do

• Drive the company-wide AI agenda, scaling local initiatives into centralized production systems.
• Serve as the ultimate technical authority for data and AI infrastructure, making critical architectural decisions.
• Oversee the development of a scalable corporate data platform and optimize connectivity pipelines.
• Transform internal knowledge bases by turning unstructured information into actionable assets.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to embed AI capabilities into customer-facing platforms and internal workflows.
• Lead organizational change management to shift company culture from manual processes to AI-assisted operations.

Requirements

• Proven track record in distributed data systems, MLOps pipelines, and LLM orchestration.
• Strong background in data engineering, platform services infrastructure, or system architecture.
• Experience operating within a service-delivery model or highly complex operational business.
• Documented success in scaling complex asynchronous data structures and high-volume API integrations.
• Ability to guide non-technical teams through operational transitions and technology shifts.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience architecting semantic search solutions.
• Experience with internal retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) engine layers.
• Background in building multi-tenant customer data structures from zero-to-one.
