What you will do

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wireless, and VoIP systems.
• Manage desktop environments across Windows, Linux, and MacOS platforms.
• Ensure compliance with global IS security standards and maintain accurate ticketing records.
• Support operational objectives by collaborating with managers to evaluate and improve system requirements.
• Manage software license assignments and review IS-related invoices for payment approval.
• Create weekly reports and ensure equitable distribution of tasks within the site support team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English.
• 3+ years of experience in an IS/IT position.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, O365, and Intune.
• Understanding of PBX, VoIP, and CTI technologies.
• University degree (BA/4-year degree preferred).

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Access VBA.
• Experience with Citrix XenApp.
