What you will do
- Lead the Institutional Coverage team on complex, high-profile asset management client relationships in London.
- Build and deepen sustainable partnerships across the asset management community, identifying new opportunities for long-term income growth.
- Partner with coverage and product teams to deliver tailored, cross-product solutions that anticipate client needs.
- Proactively originate new business and enhance the quality of client engagement to drive income growth across financial markets, lending, and broader Group capabilities.
- Ensure strong risk rigor, effective internal collaboration, and alignment with regulatory and Group policy requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in financial services, ideally across markets, advisory, or lending.
- Proven track record engaging C-suite clients in the asset management space, generating ideas, solving complex problems, and driving revenue.
- Gravitas and credibility with a solution-led approach that goes beyond relationship management to deliver commercially impactful outcomes.
- Broad product exposure and a collaborative approach to delivery.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex environment.
