What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for improving threat detection efficacy across endpoint security solutions.
• Partner with detection engineering, security research, and data teams to identify and prioritize coverage gaps.
• Lead third-party efficacy testing efforts, including planning, execution, and remediation strategy.
• Translate threat research, customer escalations, and competitive insights into clear technical requirements.
• Manage participation in industry programs like Microsoft MVI to ensure ongoing ecosystem engagement.
• Define and track key efficacy metrics such as detection latency, alert fidelity, and telemetry availability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint security, EDR, MDR, SIEM, or threat detection.
• 5+ years of experience working directly with detection engineering or incident response teams.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing attacker behavior and MITRE ATT&CK techniques.
• 3+ years of experience with third-party security testing or adversary simulation.
• 3+ years of experience translating technical findings into actionable product priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in product management for security analytics or related security products.
• Familiarity with Windows security architecture and Microsoft security ecosystem programs.
• Proven ability to communicate complex security topics to non-technical stakeholders.
