What you will do

• Design, train, and optimize LoRA and fine-tuning pipelines for fashion-specific generation tasks.
• Develop controllable image generation systems using Flux, SDXL, ControlNet, and IP-Adapter.
• Build production-ready ComfyUI workflows and custom nodes.
• Create outfit generation and visual styling pipelines grounded in proprietary fashion data.
• Collaborate with Studios, Design, and Product teams to operationalize GenAI workflows.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for image quality and model performance.

Requirements

• Strong experience with PyTorch and diffusion model ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience training LoRAs, DreamBooth, or fine-tuning large vision models.
• Proficiency with Flux, Stable Diffusion XL, Diffusers, ComfyUI, ControlNet, and IP-Adapter.
• Solid understanding of computer vision concepts including segmentation, pose estimation, and embeddings.
• Strong Python engineering skills and experience building production ML systems.
• Must be located in the UK (London/Leavesden)

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU optimization, CUDA fundamentals, TensorRT, or ONNX.
• Experience in fashion, e-commerce, creative tooling, gaming avatars, or virtual try-on.
