What you will do

• Partner with Research Scientists to translate multimodal generative AI theory into practical applications.
• Port experimental code into scalable, testable, and production-grade solutions.
• Design and implement innovative model architectures for multimodal design generation.
• Build and maintain sustainable ML pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Optimize models for efficiency, latency, and throughput across large distributed systems.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents through root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Deep experience developing generative AI models such as Diffusion Models, GANs, or Transformers.
• Strong understanding of ML principles and proficiency with PyTorch.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing large-scale distributed training across multiple GPUs.
• Solid engineering practices including clean code, rigorous testing, and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and demonstrate end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
