Automation QA Engineer (FinTech): Owns the stability, accuracy, and signal quality of automated test execution by analyzing, debugging, and resolving failing scripts across pipelines. Focus on debugging automation scripts, root cause analysis, and monitoring pipelines in Azure DevOps.

What you will do
- Execute and monitor pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Categorize failures into test defects, environment, data, or code issues
- Debug automation scripts written in Playwright and Selenium
- Identify root causes such as flaky selectors, synchronization issues, assertion mismatches, and data dependency failures
- Validate API failures using Postman or GraphQL tools
- Inspect logs and telemetry using App Insights and pipeline logs
- Track trends and provide triage reporting
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Egypt
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
- Experience with logs, APIs, and UI troubleshooting
- Familiarity with test automation lifecycle
- Experience with observability tools such as App Insights and Azure monitoring
Nice to have
- Mortgage/FinTech experience
