What you will do

• Administer and maintain GitLab infrastructure for the organization.
• Architect and deliver CI/CD pipeline operations to support automated corporate-wide software releases.
• Create and manage Docker images and containers across Windows and Linux hosts.
• Identify and automate manual processes to enhance build infrastructure and deployment.
• Develop and maintain software installation tools, processes, and corporate DevOps policies.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to stakeholders while managing unique technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing DevOps operations and tools (e.g., GitLab, GitHub).
• At least 1 year of experience with containerization (Docker or ECS) and orchestration.
• Experience with branching, tagging, merging, and release management.
• U.S. Citizenship is strictly required to comply with ITAR and EAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Advanced STEM degree.
• Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong scripting skills.
• Proven track record of application delivery within mid-size corporations (2000+ staff).
