Integrations Lead

TL;DR

Integrations Lead: Plan, coordinate, and execute enterprise-wide system and data integration initiatives with an accent on finance integration strategy and secure, scalable interoperability across enterprise applications, infrastructure, and data ecosystems. Focus on building integration frameworks and platforms (SAP BTP, IBM Sterling, MuleSoft, TIBCO), driving end-to-end testing, and ensuring governance, cybersecurity, and architectural alignment across complex transformation programs.

Location: Hybrid position based in California with regular in-office collaboration

Salary: USD 150,000 - USD 180,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver end-to-end integration initiatives across ERP, CRM, middleware, finance, and cloud platforms.
• Define integration requirements, interface specifications, and data transformation rules aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
• Own and drive finance integration strategy and ensure architectural alignment across enterprise programs and modernization initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise middleware and integration platforms, including SAP BTP, IBM Sterling, MuleSoft, and TIBCO, ensuring secure and scalable connectivity.
• Ensure integrations meet data governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and enterprise architecture requirements.
• Lead integration testing (system, regression, performance, UAT), monitor environments, manage risks/dependencies, and support post-go-live stabilization and transition to operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems integration, including leading large-scale integration programs.
• Proven experience supporting business transformation efforts such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, ERP implementations, or enterprise modernization.
• Strong expertise with enterprise integration platforms: SAP BTP, MuleSoft, IBM Sterling, TIBCO, or comparable technologies.
• Deep understanding of integration patterns including API-led architectures, ETL, event-driven architectures, and service-oriented design.
• Experience with data formats and exchange standards such as JSON, XML, and EDI.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and hybrid technology environments.
