What you will do

• Develop and scale AI-driven tools for recruitment, performance, engagement, and training.
• Take ownership of large initiatives, establishing goals and planning quarterly roadmaps.
• Influence requirements and technical architecture through the creation and review of RFCs.
• Collaborate directly with customers to identify pain points and translate them into product features.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain high engineering quality through daily code reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain to support the Barcelona-based hybrid setup.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails (backend) and React/React Native (clients), or a strong willingness to learn these technologies.
• English: Proficiency required as it is the company's vehicular language.
• Proactive product mindset with a focus on user-centric outcomes and creative problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
