What you will do

• Develop seamless conversion experiences for the self-serve flow, from discovery and quotes to final signup.
• Build and optimize the high-traffic hirify.global.com platform across all target markets.
• Power up acquisition channels (paid, SEO, LLM) to drive organic and paid traffic at scale.
• Support business initiatives including partnership integrations, accountant tools, and referral systems.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research, and Product teams to align technical implementation with business growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Proven track record of building and shipping high-quality web applications.
• Strong interest in business growth, conversion funnels, and marketing metrics.
• English: Working proficiency required.
• Legal eligibility to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
